Q: Can I submit my application to more than one lender from the directory?
A: Yes, simply place a check in the box next to each lender listed in the search results page.

Q: Can I submit my application to just one lender?
A: Yes, you can simply place one check mark next to the lender you prefer.

Q: Which lenders will review my application if I used the Apply Now tab instead of the application on the directory page?
A: Your application will be reviewed by up to 3 lenders in our database of hard money lenders whose lending parameters your request meet. These lenders may or may not be listed in the directory.

Q: What is a hard money lender?
A: A hard money lender is one who looks at the collateral securing the loan as the primary factor in evaluating a loan application. Other factors may be taken into account as secondary in importance. Credit history and credit scores are usually the least important factors.

Q: What if I am not contacted by any lenders within 2 days?
A: We recommend following up by phone or email after the second business day if you are not contacted. We also appreciate being notified by email. If one of our lending partners are not treating you in a professional manner we may discontinue their listing.

Q: I can't find a satisfactory lender in the directory. Do yo have any other way to find a lender for me?
A: Yes. Use the Apply Now tab at the top of the web page. Your loan request will be submitted to a database of hundreds of hard money lenders that lend throughout the country. You should get a fast response from at least one of them. Or, you can wait and check our directory later. We are a new service and are adding lenders all the time. If you can't find a satisfactory lender now, you may find one later. Or, you can go to our affiliate website to apply with other hard money lenders.

Q: I am a mortgage broker. Do you know of any wholesale hard money lenders that I can submit loans to?
A: We sell a list of WHOLESALE hard money lenders just for brokers. There are approximately 30 lenders that wholesale. Every state has at least 2 lenders. The cost of $20.00 will save you hours of searching. And, you probably will not find all on your own. Call or email us to order the list.
